IT STARTED, QUITE SIMPLY, LIKE THIS Ali always had a passion for food, especially Turkish food. It gives him comfort and makes him happy. After coming to New Zealand from Turkey, Ali wanted to share his passion and love for Turkish cuisine, and that is how it all started.
